mall group training is something in between personal training and a group class.  You will use specialised equipment to maximise results and with a guaranteed small group of maximum 8 you will benefit from more attention and motivation.  We always have lots of fun in the small groups whilst we are working out and being in the beautiful Reigate Hill location with the fantastic views is certainly an inspiration.

Everyone has different objectives in a small group and also different fitness levels and strength so I motivate you individually and push you within your capabilities. I am also a great believer that exercise is important for your mental well being and the comaradery in the small group as well as the fresh air is great for the mind, body and soul.

During the sessions we discuss healthy lifestyle and healthy eating to boost your energy.

I am currently running the following small group sessions all at Reigate Hill:

  • Mondays 9am and 10.15am
  • Tuesdays 10am 
  • Wednesdays 9.15am and 10.30am
  • Thursdays 10am 
  • Fridays 9am and 10.15am


My son is 7 months old and I am already 2 kilos lighter than I was pre-pregnancy. Pip certainly works you hard but her classes are fun, varied & you will see results quickly. I even completed a triathlon recently as well as getting back to full fitness for netball, all thanks to Pip.
