Everyone has different objectives in a small group and also different fitness levels and strength so I motivate you individually and push you within your capabilities. I am also a great believer that exercise is important for your mental well being and the comaradery in the small group as well as the fresh air is great for the mind, body and soul.
During the sessions we discuss healthy lifestyle and healthy eating to boost your energy.
I am currently running the following small group sessions all at Reigate Hill:
My son is 7 months old and I am already 2 kilos lighter than I was pre-pregnancy. Pip certainly works you hard but her classes are fun, varied & you will see results quickly. I even completed a triathlon recently as well as getting back to full fitness for netball, all thanks to Pip.
I have just seen a photo of myself at a wedding on Sunday (in a sleeveless dress!) and an old friend commented on my arm muscle definition! I just wanted to say thank you – it’s all down to you. Nobody else would ever have got me doing press ups and lifting heavy weights. Thank you so much – am feeling quite proud!
Part trainer, part life coach, part friend: Pip is a fantastic, friendly person to work with who helped me to achieve better results than I thought possible, and taught me so much that I can now exercise safely after childbirth and will never do another sit-up again! Every session was pitched at exactly the right level to really push me, but still be achievable and enjoyable.
Wanted to tell you that I've just bought size 12 jeans. I went up to a size 16 after having my second baby 15 months ago (Aurelia, who comes to some of the classes with me) A combination of your classes, my spinning bike and eating healthily has helped me drop the weight.
The sessions hard work but great fun, and the views from Reigate Hill make it extra special!
Pip's small group training sessions are great - different exercises & equipment so you never get complacent, plus you are exercising in the fresh air, it's brilliant!
Pip tailors the workout to suit each individual, so it really is like having a personal trainer whilst having a supportive group of ladies to work out with. I feel stronger, fitter and so much healthier!

Pip's pregnancy sessions have been great, with a wide range of exercises and some great suggestions for things to do at home too. I have been so surprised at what I have been able to keep doing right into my third trimester and it has also been lots of fun.
Pip’s pregnancy small group classes helped me to stay active and feel good. I was able to exercise up until 33 weeks of pregnancy, feeling confident that I was doing exercises that are good for my body during pregnancy.
The class went above my expectations - it was really varied and Pip was a fantastic motivator. I most definitely feel stronger after the course, now I have to keep it up! It was also fantastic to be outside in the fresh air, and the view on reigate hill wasn't bad either!
I've really enjoyed the sessions, the fact that there are only six of us in a class means you get more 1-2-1 attention and we can all work at our own pace whilst building our core fitness levels. I have noticed huge improvement not only from my measurements but personally how strong and fit I feel. I'm now in a much healthier position to keep up with my 3yr old son and 8mth old daughter!!
By the end of the 6 week course I felt much stronger, far more confident doing the challenging exercises, and I feel more toned! The small group training really pushes you to work hard (there's nowhere to hide!) and the specialist equipment Pip uses made my muscles work so much harder but without putting strain on my joints!
