mall group training is something in between personal training and a group class.  You will use specialised equipment to maximise results and with a guaranteed small group of between 5 and 7 you will benefit from more attention and motivation.

If your objective is weight loss I will take measurements to monitor progress over the course of the sessions (this is optional and only for mums focused on weight loss)

If your objective is fitness or strength I will do a mini fitness or strength test and set objectives for you over the 6 week period of the course.

I will suggest healthy eating options for weight loss or healthy eating to boost your energy.

Small group training

I am currently running the following small group sessions:

Fitness and strength

Mondays and Wednesdays 9.15am at Reigate Hill, Reigate
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am Reigate Hill, Reigate
Fridays 9am and 10.15am at Reigate Hill, Reigate

Babies and kids are welcome but plenty of mums come on their own - I make sure everyone works at their own level :-)
