ersonal training is tailored to the individual needs so whether you are pregnant, newly post natal or returning to exercise after some time off I can design a programme that will help you meet your objectives.  I am a personal trainer specialising in women's fitness and I have plenty of experience working with people returning to exercise from injuries and with ongoing ailments.
