he Fit Mummy Club is the answer for mums who want to exercise without their babies/kids. New mums and not so new mums are all welcome.  The class also caters for both those who prefer to stick to walking and those who are ready to run.  The class structure enables everyone to be challenged at their own fitness level. I currently have post natal mums and a marathon runner in this class.  Everyone works at their own pace.

Monday 7.45pm at the Castle Grounds, Reigate 

Saturday at 8.30am at Reigate Hill, Reigate - Exercise on top of the world with stunning views!

  • Block book sessions are £35 for 5 classes
  • Pay as you go for £9 per class

I'm not a huge one for the gym, so exercising in the outdoors with the fab views from Reigate Hill is perfect.  Pip is great at working on all those areas that need sorting with the right amount of encouragement to get through the sessions feeling reinvigorated.
