In the Holistic Core Restore® classes we focus on restoring your core strength using breathing techniques and mindful movement so you look and feel stronger and more confident.

Already had two early morning runs this weekend and one really noticeable development is that the first time in a while I have woken up and not had a back ache. Honestly I cannot tell you how different I feel and noticing my tummy is a tighter too.

I'm far more aware of my posture, lifting and my breathing. It's made me more conscious of what I'm drinking and I know I have triggers which remind me to "squeeze". No leaky episodes this week :-)
