In the Holistic Core Restore® classes we take a holistic approach to restore your core strength using breathing techniques, mindful movement and reviewing lifestyle changes you can make so you look and feel stronger and more confident.

All moves are recommended by specialist women's health physiotherapists who have approved the programme to strengthen your pelvic floor and your abdominal muscles.

Holistic Core Restore® courses are currently running on Tuesday evenings in Reigate.  They are 6 week live courses followed by 6 weeks online with support via a fantastic online learning portal.

Completing the course has given me more confidence in myself. It's also given me a greater awareness and understanding of how everyday movements impact my core. The course has been truly great in helping me along the way to postpartum recovery. My prolapse symptoms started greatly improving around week 3 of the programme which was amazing and motivated me to keep going. I used to wear pelvic floor support shorts but since completing the course I no longer need them!

The course has been hugely beneficial to me! Having suffered a bladder prolapse 3 months ago, I haven’t been able to do much exercise or even normal day-to-day activities. My strength has increased significantly and my connection to my pelvic floor is so much better. My physio has seen a dramatic improvement and is now helping me work back towards high impact exercise.

I'm far more aware of my posture, lifting and my breathing. It's made me more conscious of what I'm drinking and I know I have triggers which remind me to "squeeze". No leaky episodes this week :-)
